Lumi Nova

Taking a look at Lumi Nova – We offer a new therapeutic and interactive online game

We are pleased that Bromley Y is now able to offer Lumi Nova - a therapeutic interactive online game aimed at 7-12 year olds experiencing anxiety. Lumi Nova helps a family to work at its own pace to tackle anxiety and check in with a practitioner to help keep on track.

If you don’t have access to Lumi Nova yet, but want access to it then contact your young person’s school, GP or the local services.

Staying Connected Project

Bromley CAMHS and Bromley Y offer Mental Health support to young people and their parents/carers in Bromley.

We would love to know... What does 'staying connected' mean to you? What have you been doing to stay connected with others and yourself through the lockdown?

Maybe you've picked up a new hobby/skill? Maybe you have done some drawings or paintings? Written a poem/song? Whatever you have done, we would love for you to share your experience with us!

Please send your images/videos and captions by email to: participation@bromleyy.org by 31st July 2021
