Please note that Child & Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS) in Bromley does not provide assessments for social communication difficulties which are instead provided by the NHS Community Paediatricians at The Phoenix Centre on Masons Hill, Bromley. Referrals of CYP for these assessments should be directed to:
https://www.bromleyhealthcare.org.uk/explore-our-services/community-paediatricians/

Bromley Y provides a single point of access for CAMHS services in the London Borough of Bromley for CYP with mental health difficulties including screening, assessment for short-term interventions and onward referral to CAMHS, where required.

If you believe a young person needs a higher level CAMHS referral, please make this clear on the comments section at the back of the referral form* and provide the NHS number which enables CAMHS to identify the young person more easily if a referral to CAMHS is made.

Any boxes ticked under the ‘reasons for referral’ list on the referral form should have detailed accompanying explanatory notes in the section at the end of the form. Especially important if there is risk involved.
