Help us reach our £60,000 goal to support isolated young people (16+) in building friendships, boosting wellbeing, and creating brighter futures.

Our Vision & Commitment

Our commitment is to promote the wellbeing and mental health of children, young people and their parents/carers by enabling change, fostering resilience and helping them build healthy relationships.

Our service aims to listen, respect, support and offer effective interventions to those in need, at the right time and in the right place.  We commit to working together with schools and other key providers to keep children and families’ needs at the heart of what we do.

Our practitioners use recognised, evidence-based interventions and the arrangement of our service has been tailored to the I-Thrive Model below.

Further information on the I-Thrive model can be found at: Mental Health And Wellbeing
