Listening to our users and our people!
Our senior leadership team and practice leads came together to share their SWOT analyses, reflect on our successes, listen to and review stakeholder feedback, and explore both the challenges and possibilities ahead. This followed an all staff meeting where ideas strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats were sought from all our colleagues in an interactive poll for the leadership team to consider.
It was a valuable opportunity to collaborate as one team in a relaxed environment, sharing thoughts and ideas that allowed us to consider solutions and plans from a whole-service perspective.
Later, we stepped out of our comfort zones with a team-building rock-climbing session at Rhino Boulder, Bromley. Many of us tried something completely new – with some truly impressive results!
Experiences like these not only strengthen our team but also directly enhance the way we support the children, young people, and families we work with every day.
