Managing Academic Stress – Healthy Study Habits

A 60 minute webinar for young people in Years 10 – 13 who are struggling which academic stress to support building healthy study habits.

This webinar aims to help you to understand academic stress better, and helps you to create healthy study habits which makes this stress easier to manage. This webinar will also offer options for ‘next steps’ should you want further support. Parents/Carers are welcome to join the webinar too.

All attendees are asked to mute their sound and video and are invited to contribute to the ‘Chat’ at different points if they so wish.

We know that joining a webinar can feel difficult for some young people. We aim to make the webinar a safe and welcoming space. No one will be asked individually to answer any questions and all participation is optional.
